Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in preparation for shipment.

2. How to Cancel an Order

1. Email us at asbventuresmail@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
2. Use the subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.
3. Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
4. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is possible and process it accordingly.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry that has entered production.
• Orders where delivery has already been completed.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–5 additional business days).

5. Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel only certain items, please specify clearly in your cancellation request. Partial cancellations are subject to order processing status — if the full order is already being packed together, partial cancellation may not be possible.

6. Refund for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
