Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece from ASB Jewelers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely happy with your ASB Jewelers purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories are intact and included.
- The item is not from the non-returnable categories listed below.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special clearance events.
- Items that have been resized, altered, or repaired after delivery.
- Gift cards.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at asbventuresmail@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention “exchange” in your email along with the item you would like instead.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
