1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak periods (festivals, sale events), processing times may be slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We ship all orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery – 5–8 business days (domestic)
  • Express Delivery – 2–4 business days (domestic, where available)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method. Orders above a certain order value may qualify for free shipping — this will be reflected at checkout when applicable.

4. Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in our branded jewelry box and protective packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We take extra care to secure delicate pieces to prevent any movement or damage during transit.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this information to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (e.g., no one available at the address, incorrect address provided), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and any delivery instructions are accurate at the time of placing the order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund based on the outcome of the investigation.
